Mrs Ann Ashworth, trainer of Lucky Louie declared a new weight of 31.8kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Lucky Louie last raced at 33.2kgs. 

Bintang Bullet was slow to begin. 

Rival Jazz and Blond Annie collided soon after the start. Rival Jazz checked off Lucky Louie soon after the start. New Sense and Bintang Bullet collided at the 150m mark. Bintang Bullet checked off Gnal Gnal Girl at the 50m mark. 

Rival Jazz was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a plevic injury and injury to the right thigh. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Blond Annie was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right monkey muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Pick Up Line was a late scratching at 10.21am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr David Torr was fined the sum of $100.

Stewards spoke to Mrs Kate Gieschen, the trainer of Sooty's Opal regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Sooty's Opal last raced 12 August, 2018 and is returning to racing following a right shoulder injury. 

Mr Douglas Condon, the representative for Superior Uno declared a new weight of 28.5kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Superior Uno last raced at 27.5kgs. 

Mr John Delaroche, the trainer of Cousin's Choice declared a new weight of 33.0kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Cousin's Choice last raced at 31.6kgs. 

A pre- race sample was unable to be obtained from from Superior Uno, a post race sample was subsequently taken.

Superior Uno and Merl's Michu collided soon after the start, checking Merl's Michu. Merl's Michu and Cousin's Choice collided approaching the 200m mark, checking Cousin's Choice; Cousin's Choice collided with Shelbourne Bezza as a result checking both greyhounds. Superior Uno and Merl's Michu collided at the 200m mark. Merl's Michu crossed to the outside at the 150m mark, checking Shelbourne Bezza. 

Cousin's Choice was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right monkey muscle. A 21 day stand down period was imposed. 

Etiquette was a late scratching at 10.38am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr John Delaroche was fined the sum of $100.

Midnite Starling was slow to begin and crossed to the outside soon after the start. Groomer Mcgrath, Two Seasons, Mia Tesoro and Aston Lelani collided at the 250m mark, checking Two Seasons. Groomer Mcgrath and Two Seasons collided approaching the 200m mark, checkng both greyhounds. Two Seasons crossed to the outside at the 200m mark. Challis Sprite and Cash Or Card collided at the 200m mark. 

Superior Primo, Shirdale Tom and Psycho Millie collided at the 300m mark. Shakey Cougar and She's My Blast collided at the 300m mark, checking Psycho Millie. She's My Blast checked off Vandebay at the 300m mark. Shakey Cougar galloped on Superior Primo at the 100m mark, checking Shakey Cougar; Vandebay galloped on Shakey Cougar as a result severely checking both greyhounds. 

Shakey Cougar was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a suspected fracture to the right hock and injuries to both calf muscles. A 28 day stand down period was imposed. 

A sample was taken from Master Winslow, the winner of the event. 

Keisha's Boy was slow to begin. Ruby Gas was very slow to begin (3 Lengths).

Keisha's Boy crossed to the outside at the 300m mark. Chantilly Mack crossed in at the 50m mark. 

Keisha's Boy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left calf muscle and left quadriceps. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards advised to "Hold All Tickets" for this event to allow time to amend to semaphore board after the incorrect numbers 7-1-8-4 were posted and to review the video replay to check the distance of the lure to the leading greyhound. Stewards determined that the outcome of the event had not been effected by the lure and amended the correct placings to 7-1-8-3 prior to giving the all clear. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Little Big Shot upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.

Rave On and Little Big Shot collided several times soon after the start to the 300m mark and crossed to the outside. Ice Cold Yug and Ryder Sir collided at the 200m mark. Lottie Biscotti and Early Special collided at the 150m mark. Johnny's Return, Ice Cold Yug and Rave On collided at the 100m mark.

A sample was taken from Lottie Biscotti, the winner of the event. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Early Storm.

Bugs Boloney and Bullocky Bill collided at the 300m mark. Cullquin Bomber and Challis Annie collided at the 200m mark. Johnnie Red and Bullocky Bill collided at the 200m mark. Early Storm checked off Cullquin Bomber approaching the winning post and crossed out.

Runnin' Rampage was slow to begin. 

Chiseller and Ides Of Jebrynah collided soon after the start. Line Trike, Grey Ghost, Major Innings and Chiseller collided soon after the start. Chiseller galloped on Glayva at the 300m mark, checking Chiseller, Ides Of Jebrynah and Glayva. Chiseller and Ides Of Jebrynah collided several times from the 250m mark to approaching the winning post. Grey Ghost, Glayva and Major Innings collided at the 200m mark, checking Glayva.

A pre- race sample was taken from Girt By Sea.

Kaylin was slow to begin. 

Gojek and Shirdale Casey collided soon after the start. Gojek checked off Shirdale Casey at the 300m mark. General Missy and Amani collided approaching the 200m mark, causing General Missy to collide with Kaylin. Amani and Shirdale Casey collided approaching the 50m mark and again at the 50m mark. 

Chase The Nugget, Amlin Miss, John's Choice and Dapper Diesel collided soon after the start, checking Chase The Nugget and John's Choice. Sonny Micawber crossed to the rails at the 300m mark, checking John's Choice and Chase The Nugget. Amlin Miss and Dapper Diesel collided approaching the winning post. 

Autocrat, Superior Martini and Tito Mojito were slow to begin. 

Autocrat and Superior Martini collided at the 250m mark; Superior Martini crossed to the outside as a result. Bourbon An Kahn, Eau Rouge, Mother Monster and Enchanting Image collided at the 250m mark. Eau Rouge checked off Early Express at the 200m mark. 

A pre- race sample was taken from Secret Witness. 

Yangtze crossed to the outside soon after the start, checking Rube's Ablaze, Fruit Frames and Bill Heeny. Yangtzee and Wet And Wild collided approaching the 250m mark. Yangtze crossed to the rails approaching the 200m mark and collided with Superior Beam. Secret Witness checked off Zipping Stan approaching the 150m mark.
