Heartstring and Dyna Owen collided soon after the start. Heartstring, Dyna Owen and Apropos collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Heartstring. Miss Ding and Apropos collided approaching the home turn. Dyna Owen and Don's Shredder collided approaching the home turn checking Don's Shredder. Miss Ding galloped on the heels of Don's Shredder on the home turn checking Don's Shredder.
Don's Shredder was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the left forearm, no stand down period was imposed.
