Crymelon Annie was quick to begin.  Laile Brobio was slow to begin.  Night Ninja checked of the heels of Crymelon Victory approaching the first turn.  Laile Brobio, Crymelon Quinn and Crymelon You Cro colided approaching the first turn, checking Crymelon Quinn and Crymelon You Cro; causing Crymelon You Cro and Lucina Motief to collide.  Crymelon Annie and Crymelon Victory collided in the home straight.

Miss Luna Girl and Stavros were quick to begin.  Tomassi and Maxi Fozz were slow to begin.  Mayor Goodway checked off the heeels of Cindy's Mate on the first turn, checking Mayor Goodway which collided with Stavros.  Mayor Goodway raced wide on the home turn.

Stewards spoke to Mr Graham James, the trainer of Tyche Diamond, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Tyche Diamond last raced on 25 February 2018.  Mr James stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a right stopper injury.  Mr James also declared a new weight of 31.3 kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Tyche Diamond last raced at 30.3 kgs.

The start of this event was delayed slightly due to holding for the Pakeham thoroughbred race.

Steorra was slow to begin (3L).  Bakali Louis, Tyche Diamond and Close Enough collided soon after the start, checking Tyche Diamond and severely checking Close Enough.  Bakali Louis and Shakin' Brave collided on the first turn, causing Shakin' Brave to race wide.  Tyche Diamond and Bakali Louis collided several times in the home straight.  Eliza Dee raced wide in the home straight.

Tyche Diamond was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hindleg triangle injury, a seven day stand down period was imposed.

Spring Me went up with the lids at box rise.  Wise Lewis, Samsonite and Waikiki Creek collided on the first turn, causing Samsonite and Waikiki Creek to race wide.  Samsonite and Waikiki Creek collided approaching the home turn.

Just Nimble It and Sutre Sizzler were slow to begin.  Kryptonian, Sutre Sizzler and Just Nimble It collided approaching the first turn, checking Sutre Sizzler.  Come Home and Tears I'm Not collided entering the home straight.

This event was hand-timed.

Lance Allen was slow to begin.  Head Loch crossed to the rail on the first turn, checking Lance Allen, and causing Rains It Pours and Quest For Glory to be checked.  Lance Allen checked off the heels of Spectra Style approaching the home turn.  Shamrock Valley raced wide on the home turn.  Quest For Glory, Spectra Style and Lance Allen collided entering the home straight, checking Lance Allen.  Lance Allen checked off the heels of Spectra Style in the home straight.

The start of this event was delayed by approximately one and a half minutes due to holding for a Menangle harness race.

Fat Rhino was slow to begin.  Especial Shiraz checked off the heels of Promises kept approaching the first turn, causing Especial Shiraz and Fat Rhino to collide.  Especial Shiraz and Boona Lad raced wide on the home turn.  Invictus Rapid and Promises Kept collided entering the home straight.

Sunday Driving was slow to begin.  Jaggered Edge, Lil' Tuff Chapta and Ima Maldini collided on the first turn, checking Chapta Lee which collided with Ima Maldini and Sunday Driving.  Lil' Tuff Chapta raced wide entering the home straight.

Subsequent to the event, Sunday Driving collapsed on the track preventing the back gate from being closed, the remainder of the field then turned back and ran clockwise direction on the track until they were caught by their handlers at the 410m boxes.

Sunday Driving was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

This event was delayed by one minute, due to holding for a Kawasaki (Japan) thoroughbred event.

Bees On Fire checked off the heels of Xerox Letter approaching the first turn.  Bees On Fire checked off the heels of Atlantic Rose approaching the home turn and collided with Eaglehawk Miss.  Ark Lightning and Bees On Fire collided in the home straight.  Atlantic Rose and Xerox Letter collided in the home straight.  Atlantic Rose and Spritely Bob collided approaching the winning post.

Witch Kilty was a late scratching at 2:02 pm due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer, Ms Charmaine Fisher was fined the sum of $100.

Aston Frankel was slow to begin.  Zipping Blaze, Poor Old Frank and Tegz A Riddler collided on the first turn, causing Zipping Blaze to race wide.  Tiggerlong Ring and Aston Frankel collided approaching the home turn.  Tiggerlong Ring and Aston Frankel checked off the heels of Poor Old Frank in the home straight.
