Track Pilot and Fastest Indian collided on the first turn, checking Track Pilot. Pyrenees Blaze and Fastest Indian collided approaching the home turn, checking Pyrenees Blaze and Oh So Rowdy. Pyrenees Blaze and Fastest Indian collided on the home turn, checking Pyrenees Blaze. Around The Back checked off Pyrenees Blaze entering the home straight. Pyrenees Blaze and Track Pilot collided in the home straight, checking Pyrenees Blaze. Pyrenes Blaze and Track Pilot collided approaching the winning post. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Maximum Gift.

Maximum Gift, Ellie Wires and Stagger Loot were slow to begin.  Maximum Gift and Starbright Madie collided approaching the first turn.  Starbright Madie, Dyna Zapto and Stagger Loot collided on the first turn.  Maximum Gift galloped on the heels of Starbright Madie approaching the home turn.  Ayo Joy and Talanjee Chief collided entering the home straight.

Tye Me Over was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained right hindleg split webbing, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Monster Foxy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hindleg back muscle injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Bushiri was a late scratching at 2:15 pm, due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer, Mr Jamie Quinlivian was fined the sum of $100.

Al's Luck was slow to begin.  Destini Cheetah, Winterstein and Full Of Boloney collided on the first turn, checking Destini Cheetah.  Full Of Boloney and Saint Ray collided on the home turn.  Al's Luck raced wide on the home turn.
