Ringcraft was quick to begin. Lulumon, Aston Vera and Our Golden Bro were slow to begin. Ranger Bay and Lulumon collided approaching the first turn. Aston Vera crossed to the rail on the first turn, severely checking Lulumon, Mount Duke and Our Golden Bro, causing Lulumon to fall, severely checking Mount Duke and Our Golden Bro, Our Golden Bro raced wide and Mount Duke tailed off as a result.

Lulumon was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right back muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Mount Duke was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Slick Brew, a post race sample was subsequently taken.

Kinmoss Brave, Cruisy's Star and Lektra Brandy were slow to begin. Talanjee Chief crossed to the rail soon after the start, severely checking Lektra Brandy, and checking Cruisy's Star and Kinmoss Brave. Cruisy's Star and Spritely Brew collided approaching the first turn. No Softie and Spritely Brew collided approaching the first turn. Talanjee Chief galloped on the heels of Nambrok Agent approaching the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Kinmoss Brave checked off Cruisy's Star on the first turn. No Softie and Spritely Brew collided on the first turn, checking Spritely Brew. No Softie checked off Kinmoss Brave approaching the home turn. Spritely Brew checked off No Softie approaching the home turn.

Major Style and Three Toots were slow to begin. Major Style and Thomeli Skip collided approaching the first turn, severely checking Thomeli Skip. Brake Drum checked off Pumpernickel on the first turn. Major Style checked off Atlantic Rose approaching the home turn.

A sample was taken from Gaviria - the winner of the event. 

Stewards spoke to Mr S.Coulson handler of Zambora Ella regarding the length of time the greyhound had between races. Zambora Ella last raced on 27 September, 2017. Mr Coulson stated that the greyhound was resuming racing after a left hind toe injury.

Bloke's Advice was quick to begin. Hail A Cab, Why Not Grace and Thomeli Boy were slow to begin. Lush Life and Thomeli Boy collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Zambora Ella and Ledgerwood Molly collided on the home turn. Foxy Molly, Zambora Ella and Ledgerwood Molly collided approaching the winning post. 

Following the running of this event the Judges inadvertently semaphored the numbers as 1, 8, 2 & 3, which was incorrect, this was immediately corrected to 1, 8, 3 & 2. The all clear was then given.

Lektra Guiseppe raced wide approaching the first turn, checking Logistic Kid. Shadowman and Lucky Brew collided on the first turn, checking Shadowman. Logistic Kid and Pepper Rock collided approaching the home turn.

Mepunga Dasha was quick to begin. Teflon Travis was slow to begin. Con Rod and Mepunga Bonnie collided approaching the first turn. Galactic Panther checked off Wilbur Deeds on the first turn, checking Xtreme Carnage. Wilbur Deeds checked off Teflon Travis in the home straight. Mr. Moonlight galloped on the heels of Teflon Travis in the home straight.

Glendan Lad and Shamrock Valley were slow to begin. Thomeli Rocket checked off Where's Jamal on the first turn. Mick's Advice, Lektra Elsa and Where's Jamal collided on the first turn, checking Where's Jamal, and severely checking Lektra Elsa. Glendan Lad brushed the running rail approaching the home turn. Lektra Elsa checked off Thomeli Rocket on the home turn, causing Shamrock Valley to race wide. Lektra Elsa raced wide in the home straight. 

Lost Love and Go Didda Go were slow to begin. Scarlet Blu Boy checked off Flat Twin approaching the first turn. Flat Twin clipped the heels of Xtreme Notice approaching the first turn, checking Xtreme Notice. Lost Love and Our Didda collided on the first turn, severely checking Lost Love, and checking Flat Twin.

Summer Skye and Cee Hannah Rose were slow to begin. Trianna and Champagne Luxe collided approaching the first turn, and again on the first turn, checking Trianna and Charlott's Angel. Ellen's Stardust and Cee Hannah Rose collided approaching the home turn. Cee Hannah Rose checked off Ellen's Stardust entering the home straight. Let's Run and Champagne Luxe collided entering the home straight, checking Trianna and Charlott's Angel. Charlott's Angel and Trianna collided approaching the winning post.

An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Cavalry Rose engaged in this event on 27 February, 2018 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Cavalry Rose was quick to begin. Azumi Spice, Good Yarn and Sazana were slow to begin. Dyna Yella checked off Sachi on the first turn, causing Dyna Yella to stumble and loose ground as a result. Cinderbella, Azumi Spice, Good Yarn and Sazana collided on the first turn. Good Yarn and Sazana raced wide on the home turn and collided in the home straight, and again approaching the winning post.

Dyna Yella was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triangle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Provenance was slow to begin. Azalea crossed to the rail on the first turn, checking Crump's Legend, and severely checking Flying Action. Robyn's Boy, Osanna and Provenance collided on the first turn, severely checking Provenance, which lost ground as a result. Osanna and Flying Action collided approaching the home turn, causing Flying Action to fall.

Provenance was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left back muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Flying Action was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left wrist, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

A sample was taken from Winlock Strecker - the winner of the event. 

Kiss Me Boss was quick to begin. Black Legend was slow to begin. Pillar Creek, Thunder Of Sky and Tiger Bite Turbo collided soon after the start, checking Pillar Creek. Tiger Bite Turbo, Thunder Of Sky, Right Said Frank and Lektra Miss collided on the first turn, checking Right Said Frank and Thunder Of Sky. Right Said Frank and Thunder Of Sky collided approaching the home turn, checking Thunder Of Sky. Black Legend and Right Said Frank collided on the home turn. Black Legend and Lektra Miss collided approaching the winning post.

Thunder Of Sky was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

A sample was taken from Kiss Me Boss - the winner of the event. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Smith regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Right Said Frank. Stewards directed that Right Said Frank be boxed first in future events.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Walsh, the trainer of Ruby's Diamond regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Ruby's Diamond last raced on 20th August 2017. Mr. Walsh stated that the greyhound was recovering from a left achilles injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Ruby's Diamond trialled over the 390m from box one, weight 28.8kg, the greyhound was placed second in a field of four. The time of the trial was 22.76, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 1.25 lengths. Ruby's Diamond was Cleared.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Yolk's Boy trialled over the 390m from box four, weight 33.6kg, the greyhound was placed third in a field of four. The time of the trial was 22.76, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 10 lengths. Yolk's Boy was Not Cleared. 

Satisfactory Trial Results - Verev trialled over the 450m from box one, weight 33.8kg, the greyhound was placed first in a field of four. The time of the trial was 26.44 (hand timed), the greyhound was beaten/won by a margin of 3 lengths. Verev was Cleared.
