Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr S.Spiteri, the trainer of Regal Tycoon regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Regal Tycoon last raced on 7 July 2017. Mr Spiteri stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following an extended spell.
Miss Booming was quick to begin. Riverdale Cocky was very slow to begin (3 lengths).
Regal Tycoon, Dark Hombre and Illy Bale collided approaching the first turn. Pharoah's Dream, Chordette, Drak Hombre and Regal Tycoon collided on the first turn checking Regal Tycoon, Chordette and severely checking Dark Hombre. Chordette, Illy Bale and Regale Tycoon collided approaching the home turn. Riverdale Cocky raced wide on the home turn.
Dark Hombre was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
