Steward's Report
A pre race sample was taken from Scarecrow Tiger.
Scarecrow Tiger and Squizzy Buzzard were slow to begin. Night Hawk and Destini Delta collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn, severely checking Scarecrow Tiger and Night Hawk, causing Night Hawk to fall as a result. Scarecrow TIger contacted the running rail approaching the first turn. Destini Delta and Winey Bago collided approaching the home turn, checking Winey Wago. Squizzy Buzzard and Winey Bago raced wide in the home straight.
Scarecrow Tiger was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
Night Hawk was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a superficial wound to the right fore medial digit. No stand down was applied.
