Sisco Rage was slow to begin.  Penn Bale and Dyna Gray collided soon after the start.  Dyna Deeksey crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Hot Legacy and Lektra Lois.  Hot Legacy and Lektra Lois collided on the first turn.  Hot Legacy and Dyna Deeksey collided on the first turn checking Dyna Deeksey.  Lektra Lois checked off Hot Legacy in the back straight.

Following the running of this event Punch One Out trialled solo over the 525 metres (26.8kg) from Box 2 and recorded the following times: 5.11; 17.62; and 29.55.

Izack Bale and Thor Bale were slow to begin. Frank's Flyer crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Mepunga Marsha and Grave Digger, Mepunga Marsha stumbled as a result. Fitzroy Jet and Grave Digger collided on the first turn checking Grave Digger and Orara George.  Thor Bale checked off Wot Price Danny approaching the second turn.  Fitzroy Jet checked off Grave Digger entering the back straight checking Mepunga Marsha.  Orara George and Izack Bale collided approaching the home turn. 

Following the running of this event Ernie Bung Arrow trialled solo over the 525 metres (31.7kg) from Box 7 and recorded the following times: 5.15; 17.95; and 30.15.

Kraken Cassy was slow to begin.  Cairnlea Ethan and Kraken Cassy collided soon after the start.  Zipping Makka, Lektra Happy and Dyna Blue collided soon after the start.  Peloton Bale crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Zipping Makka and Lektra Happy and severely checking Dyna Paul which stumbled as a result.

Kraken Cassy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries nto the right metatarsal ligaments, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Break O'Day was slow to begin.  Leprechaun Macey was quick to begin.  Vapourette and Break O'Day collided on the first turn checking Vapourette.  Turkoglu checked off Sweet It Is on the fifth turn.

Victa Bale, Lucifer's Fury and Blue Giant slow to begin.  Osti Moss and Dolce Vita collided on the first turn.  Renegade Chief and Dyna Filbert collided on the first turn.  Victa Bale and Renegade Chief collided approaching the second turn.  Lucifer's Fury raced wide approaching the second turn checking Blue Giant.  Renegade Chief and Dyna Filbert collided entering the back straight checking Dyna Filbert.  Blue Giant checked off the heels of Dyna Filbert approaching the home turn subsequently checking He Went Off and Lucifer's Fury.  

He Went Off was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.

Nev, Arizona Pearl, Zoenah's Entity and Zipping Man was slow to begin.  Reckless Charm checked off Arising on the first turn checking Zipping Man.  Zipping Man checked off Zoenah's Entity on the third turn.  Magnetism and Born Ali collided on the home turn checking Magnetism.

Noble Bale, Nikita's Elite and Kokoda Spirit were slow to begin.  Cracker Jack Lil crossed to the rail soon after the start.   Cracker Jack Lil and Kokoda Spirit collided on the first turn checking Noble Bale.  Noble Bale and Kokoda Spirit collided entering the back straight.  Cracker Jack Lil and Nikita's Elite collided several times in the back straight.  Noble Bale, Cracker Jack Lil and Nikita's Elite collided on the third turn checking Noble Bale, Cracker Jack Lil, Nikita's Elite and Kokoda Spirit.  Cracker Jack Lil checked off Kokoda Spirit approaching the home turn.  Noble Bale and Kokoda Spirit collided on the home turn.
