Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr G Carter, the trainer of Why Not Jojo, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Why Not Jojo last raced on 26 September, 2015. Mr Carter stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after an injury to the right shoulder. Mr Carter also declared a new weight of 29.7kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Why Not Jojo last raced at 28.1kg.
This race was hand-timed at 23:30, due to a malfunction with the timing equipment.
Wise Archer and Why Not Jojo collided soon after the start. Brazen Bull, Good Odds Jet and Crackerjack Max collided soon after the start.
