Zipping Kasey and Dyna Krypto collided soon after the start. Kilty Express crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Taz's Man and Mud Kipper. Mud Kipper and Warrior Bale collided approaching the first turn. Chevsta and Kilty Express collided on the first turn. Zipping Kasey, Mud Kipper and Warrior Bale collided on the first turn checking Warrior Bale.
Warrior Bale was vetted and revetted following race 4. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right hamstring and right hock . A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
