Neymar Magic checked off Major Blast on the first turn. Lektra Fella, Roarsome and Headrox collided on the first turn checking Headrox. James Ennis was fined the sum of $50 for failing to insure the registration papers were produced for the greyhounds Spring Trail pursuant to GAR 33. 

Stewards spoke to Graham Laidlay, the trainer of Rinash regarding the length of the time the greyhound has had between races. Rinash last raced on 29 September 2015. Mr Laidlay stated that the greyhound has been recovering from an injury to the back muscle and the fibula.

Kilcolegan Cross and Mojito Mayhem collided soon after the start. Crackerjack Pest, Kilcolegan Cross and Mojito Mayhem collided on the first turn checking Kilcolegan Cross and Spring Trail. Spring Trail and Kilcolegan Cross collided in the back straight. Spring Trail and Rinash collided approaching the second turn. 

Kilcolegan Cross which fell after the line was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triceps. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Madame Black was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left hamstring. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. 

Tat Molly was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both hamstrings. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to trainer Brendon Jones, the trainer of the greyhound Tat Molly regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under GAR69(1) stewards charged Tat Molly with marring. Brendon Jones pleaded guilty to the charge. Tat Molly was found guilty and suspended for 3 months (all tracks) and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR69(2)(b), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Memphis Jookin' was a late scratching at 4:04PM due to illness (GAR23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Hercules Bale was quick to begin.

Stompin' and Hercules Bale collided approaching the first turn. Benzo Bale and Schooner Doll collided approaching the first turn checking Schooner Doll and Blue Giant. Schooner Doll and Blue Giant collided in the home straight.

Spanky's Legacy checked off Crackerjack Andy approaching the first turn and collided with Allen Malik. Magic Success and Crackerjack Andy collided approaching the first turn. Dynamo's Gift checked off Agility approaching the first turn.

Classy Sparks checked off Fabstar approaching the first turn. Mabuti Girl and Classy Sparks collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Kick Like Mick and Jadiete collided on the home turn resulting in Kick Like Mick racing wide. Mabuti Girl checked off Classy Sparks in the home straight.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR77A) -

Brett Bravo, the trainer of Time No Money declared a new weight of 28.5kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR39(2). Time No Money last raced at 27.0kgs. 

Stewards spoke to Brett Bravo, the trainer of Time No Money regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Time No Money last raced on 11 July 2015. Mr Bravo stated the greyhound was recovering from a right hock injury. Pursuant to GAR77A Time No Money trialled over the 450m from box 8, weight 28.5kgs, the greyhound was placed 1 in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 25.41, the greyhound won by a margin of 6 lengths. Time No Money was Cleared.
