Smart Action and Cove Alight collided approaching the first turn. Artificial raced wide on the first turn. Super Easy faultered on the first turn, checking Swift Lacey. Ming Men Shen raced wide approaching the home turn. Cove Alight and Convoy collided on the home turn.
Super Easy, which tailed off, was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right hip and left thigh, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
