Queen Elsa was quick to begin. Let It Bling went up with the lids at box rise. Rippin Tay Tay, Pretty Crazy and Love Club collided soon after the start. Let It Bling, Rippin Tay Tay and Love Club collided on the first turn. Pretty Crazy checked off Love Club on the first turn. Let It Bling galloped on the heels of Rippin Tay Tay approaching the home turn, severely checking Rippin Tay Tay which fell as a result and checking Let It Bling which collided with Love Club. Elle's Diva raced wide on the home turn. Let It Bling and Pretty Crazy raced wide in the home straight. 

Rippin Tay Tay was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left shoulder injury, a 30 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre race sample was taken from Queen Elma. 

No Reply was quick to begin. Shake 'Em Up was slow to begin. Cabaye, Spring Saviour and Camelot Lodge collided soon after the start, checking Spring Saviour and Shake 'Em Up. Spring Saviour galloped on the heels of Queen Elma approaching the home turn, checking both greyhounds. Shake 'Em Up checked off Queen Elma entering the home straight. Senni Socks raced wide in the home straight. Queen Elma raced wide approaching the winning post.

A pre race sample was taken from Toorak Road. 

Another Camelot was slow to begin. Rippin Moi Moi and Sketchy Fancy collided soon after the start. Toorak Road and Rippin Moi Moi collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn. My Dolly Molly raced wide entering the home straight. Mighty Duck raced wide in the home straight. Toorak Road and Sketchy Fancy collided approaching the winning post. 

A pre race sample was taken from Belena Belle.

Lektra Kirky was slow to begin. Rex On, Lektra Kirky, Allen Jeer, Hey There Barbie and Shachar Magic collided on the first turn, checking all five greyhounds. Rex On galloped on the heels of Hey There Barbie on the first turn, checking Hey There Barbie and severely checking Rex On. Lektra Kirky contacted the running rail approaching the home turn, severely checking Lektra Kirky and Hey There Barbie which fell as a result. 

Lektra Kirky was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left forearm, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Hey There Barbie was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A pre race sample was taken from Galloping Ashley. 

Galloping Ashley was quick to begin. Alberino checked off Break The Code on the first turn. Break The Code and Dawn Cruise collided approaching the home turn. 

A pre race sample was taken from Master Phelps. 

Leopold Bale was slow to begin. Ninja Zorro and Quaint Bale collided soon after the start. Ninja Zorro, Quaint Bale, Kick Like Mick and Zonda Bale collided on the first turn, checking all four greyhounds. Ninja Zorro and Quaint Bale collided entering the home straight. Master Phelps raced wide in the home straight. Ninja Zorro and Quaint Bale collided in the home straight and raced wide. 

Stewards spoke to Mr T.Salih, the trainer of Miss Silay regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Miss Silay last raced on 7th May, 2015. Mr Silah stated that the greyhound had been recovering from a right monkey muscle injury and that the greyhound had been on season.

A pre race sample was taken from Somersby Red.

Miss Silay was slow to begin. Nikon Bale and Belocette collided on the first turn, checking Belocette. Somersby Red checked off Watsargo Sarge on the first turn. Miss Silay brushed the running rail on the first turn. Miss Silay raced wide in the home straight. 

Miss Silay was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

A pre race sample was taken from Segatashya.

Cruisen Billy was slow to begin. Cruisen Billy and Say Again collided approaching the first turn, checking Say Again. Cruisen Billy checked off Zac's Sixpence on the first turn, checking Zipping Gilbert. Cruisen Billy raced wide on the home turn. Chappy checked off Some Tricks in the home straight, checking Say Again which raced wide as a result.

Miss Belena was quick to begin. Ima Warrior and Paranorman collided soon after the start. Pop Always Said and Ima Warrior collided approaching the home turn. Paranorman raced wide on the home turn.

Almost Human, El Bee Cee and I'll Rob Ya collided soon after the start. Dyna Malaise, Almost Human, Lister Bale and Antivist collided on the first turn, checking Dyna Malaise, Lister Bale, severely checking Almost Human and Antivist. Lister Bale checked off Dyna Malaise on the home turn. Antivist raced wide on the home turn. El Bee Cee and I'll Rob Ya raced wide in the home straight. 

Antivist was vetted and revetted following event 11, it was reported that the greyhound sustained a left chest muscle injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Classic Caper was slow to begin. Emily's Kitty and Leah Belena collided soon after the start. How Time Fly's faltered on the first turn and tailed off. Leah Belena checked off Victory Cruise on the first turn, checking She's Vivacious. Emily's Kitty and Leah Belena raced wide in the home straight. Victory Cruise and Classic Caper collided approaching the winning post. 

How Time Fly's was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right back muscle injury, a 30 day stand down period was imposed.

Meeting Comments:

Satisfactory Trial Results - Suspicious Sam trialled over the 400m, from box 1, weight 31.3kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 23.17, the greyhound won by a margin of 1.50 lengths. Suspicious Sam was cleared.

Satisfactory Weight Trial (Solo) - Jadu trialled over the 400m from box 1, weight 33.1kg. The time of the trial was 23.70, Jadu was not cleared. 

Satisfactory Trial Results - Rolanda Hooch trialled over the 460m, from box 8, weight 28.4kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of four starters. The time of the trial was 25.97, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 2.25 lengths. Rolanda Hooch was cleared.
