Rivergum Drive was slow to begin.  Rivergum Drive checked off the heels of Hercules Bale approaching the first turn.  Letron James, Allen Icarus and Fleetwood Zac collided approaching the first turn.  Letron James and Fleetwood Zac collided on the first turn.  Rivergum Drive contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost ground as a result.  Lektra Outlaw and Letron James collided in the back straight severely checking Letron James.

Letron James was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left monkey muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Straw Hat Luffy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury.  Stewards spoke to Mrs. H Collins, the trainer of the greyhound Straw Hat Luffy.  Acting in accordance with GAR71, Stewards directed that Straw Hat Luffy must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
