Mrs. Y. Andrews, handler of Dusty's Girl declared a new weight of 27.7kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39 (2). Dusty's Girl last raced at 28.8kgs.

Azza was slow to begin.  Dusty's Girl and Fill It Again collided soon after the start.  Fill It Again and Let It Bling collided approaching the first turn.  Barroom Express and Surfin' Tatti collided approaching the first turn checking Surfin' Tatti, Dusty's Girl, Fill It Again and Let It Bling.  Fill It Again and Let It Bling collided on the first turn checking Fill It Again.  Let It Bling checked off Dusty's Girl on the first turn.  Azza and Galloping Jamie collided approaching the home turn checking Surfin' Tatti and Azza and severely checking Galloping Jamie; Dusty's Girl raced wide as a result.  Galloping Jamie and Let It Bling collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Turbo Injected and Azza collided in the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Blonde Rockie and Iowna Show were quick to begin.  Salesman was slow to begin.  In The Dock and Lucky Andy collided soon after the start.  Blonde Rockie and Iowna Show collided soon after the start checking Blonde Rockie.  Blonde Rockie and Lucky Andy collided approaching the first turn.  Lucky Andy and Dee Mum's Girl collided approaching the first turn checking Lucky Andy.  In The Dock and Lucky Andy collided on the first turn.  In The Dock checked off Dee Mum's Girl approaching the home turn.  Held Hostage crossed to the outside approaching the home turn checking Held Hostage, Smashing Cans and Salesman; Iowna Show galloped on the heels of Held Hostage as a result.  Blonde Rockie and Lucky Andy collided in the home straight checking Blonde Rockie which stumbled as a result.  Dee Mum's Girl and Smashing Cans collided approaching the winning post.

Kenilworth Road was a late scratching at 12.25pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr. L. Mitchell was fined the sum of $100.

Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Camilleri, the handler of Daisy Bale regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Daisy Bale last raced on the 6th May, 2015. Mr. Camilleri stated the greyhound had been in season during this time.

Jax Mikado was quick to begin.  Bondi Buddy and Runnin' Hot collided soon after the start checking Bondi Buddy.  Daisy Bale, Macalister Zag and Fury Road collided approaching the first turn checking Macalister Zag.  Happy Colour and Daisy Bale collided approaching the home turn checking Happy Colour.  Happy Colour checked off Daisy Bale on the home turn.  Happy Colour and Macalister Zag collided in the home straight.

Macalister Zig and Pacific Cruiser were slow to begin.  Macalister Zig galloped on the heels of Bobby Cash on the first turn.

Bobby Cash was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its right pencil, left saddle and left wrist.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Pacific Cruiser was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its right metacarpal and left hip.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Dr. Brandon and Dr. Shiki were slow to begin.  Where Are We and Dr. Brandon collided on the first turn.  Rusty's Cape and Dana Archie collided several times from the first turn to approaching the home turn.  Where Are We and Kon El collided approaching the home turn checking Kon El.  Rusty's Cape and Dana Archie collided on the home turn.  Dana Archie checked off Where Are We on the home turn.

Andy Jay was slow to begin.  Rusty Mia crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Coolan Prince, Andy Jay, In The Flesh and Rusty Mia and severely checking Cooler Colour.  Andy Jay and In The Flesh collided on the first turn.  Majimber Rock and Darcon Dash collided entering the home straight checking Majimber Rock.

Cooler Colour was vetted following the event,  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to its right hind foot.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Gifted Man.

Gifted Man was quick to begin.  Jungle Warfare was slow to begin.  Gifted Man, Key Largo Prince and Amercia Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Key Largo Prince.  Key Largo Prince crossed to the inside on the first turn checking Gifted Man, Ripplebrook Al, Key Largo Prince and Jungle Warfare and severely checking Citizen Jane.

Skye and Lord Diamond were slow to begin.  Don't Crumble crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Subway, Black Selandra and Dodgy Dede.  Black Selandra and Dodgy Dede collided approaching the first turn.  Skye and Don't Crumble collided on the first turn.  Black Selandra raced wide on the home turn.  Skye and Don't Crumble collided approaching the winning post.

Lord Diamond was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right wrist.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Dr. Brownie was slow to begin.  Suedon Belle and Pacific Gem collided soon after the start.  Machiko, Suedon Belle and Pacific Gem collided approaching the first turn checking Shanae Rose.  Suedon Belle and Pacific Gem collided on the first turn checking Pacific Gem.  Seven Gallons and Machiko collided on the home turn.  Suedon Belle, Dr. Brownie and Pacific Gem raced wide in the home straight.

Mr D Jones, the trainer of Joe Handson declared a new weight of 30.5Kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39 (2). Joe Handson last raced at 29.9kgs.

Shrek's Junior was slow to begin.  Elswyk Gal, Lily Dior, Jayded Crisis, Bonzo and Joe Handson collided soon after the start checking Lily Dior.  Dr. Ripped and Joe Handson collided approaching the first turn.  Elswyk Gal and Jayded Crisis collided on the first turn checking Elswyk Gal.  Elswyk Gal and Lily Dior collided approaching the home turn checking Elswyk Gal.  Bonzo galloped on the heels of Joe Handson on the home turn checking Lily Dior, Shrek's Junior and Nikita's Nitro and severely checking Bonzo and Joe Handson.  Lily Dior checked off Bonzo entering the home straight.

Bonzo was vetted following the event after the greyhound failed to enter the catching pen.  It was reported that the greyhound showed signs of respiratory distress.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Joe Handson was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to its right monkey muscle, left back muscle and right pencil.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Acquitted, Uno Rae, Gotham's Hero and Rulla Ronaldo collided soon after the start checking Acquitted and Rulla Ronaldo.  Uno Rae, Gotham's Hero, Rulla Ronaldo and Lika Surprize collided approaching the first turn.  Arvo's Leo and Teddy Nitro collided on the first turn severely checking Teddy Nitro and causing Uno Rae to gallop on Rulla Ronaldo; Uno Rae and Rulla Ronaldo were severely checked as a result.

Teddy Nitro was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained minor grazing.  No stand down period was imposed.

Rulla Ronaldo was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its right wrist and right pencil.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr P Martinovic, the trainer of Team Player regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Team player last raced on the 25th May, 2015. Mr Martinovic stated that greyhound had sustained a few injuries and has been rested.

Team Player was quick to begin.  Smash It was slow to begin.  Jules Norris went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.  Bruree Jewel and Ginlee's Prince collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn.  Smash It checked off Jules Norris approaching the home turn checking Bruree Jewel and Ginlee's Prince; Bruree Jewel and Ginlee's Prince raced wide as a result.  Ginlee's Prince raced wide on the home turn.  Jules Norris checked off Take The Chance entering the home straight.
