Steward's Report
A pre race sample was taken from French Affair.
French Affair, Time's Up Tom and Deadset Jet were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Deadset Jet and Tail Pipe collided approaching the first turn, checking Deadset Jet. New Job Jimmy, Tail Pipe and Lektra Elusive collided approaching the first turn. Lektra Elusive and French Affair collided on the first turn, checking French Affair and Tail Pipe, Tail Pipe tailed off as a result.
Tail Pipe was vetted and after being re-vetted following event eight, it was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both quadriceps, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
