Hercules Morse was very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Wise Archer, Peggy Dooley and Azza collided approaching the first turn severely checking Wise Archer and Peggy Dooley.  Hercules Morse and Heineken Girl collided on the home turn.

Wise Archer was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Wise Cherry and Born To Boogie collided soon after the start severely checking Wise Cherry.  Gangalla Lodge checked off Kiwi Invasion approaching the first turn checking Dee Mum's Girl and Born To Boogie.  Wise Cherry contacted the running rail approaching the first turn.  Dee Mum's Girl checked off Time Taker approaching the first turn.  Kiwi Invasion checked off Time Taker on the first turn.  

Wise Cherry was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained grazing to its left tibia.  No stand down period was imposed.

Sillybilly Bling was slow to begin.  Maximum Melva and Pure Riddle collided soon after the start.  Penelopes Cruzn checked off Red Cadillac approaching the first turn.  Pure Riddle checked off Penelopes Cruzn approaching the home turn checking Sillybilly Bling.  Pure Riddle and Sillybilly Bling raced wide on the home turn.  Don Fire raced wide in the home straight.  Electro Bale checked off Red Cadillac in the home straight.

Asa Unbreakable was slow to begin.  Dynamo's Dove, Iona Boom Boom, Dynamo's Girl and Bloss's Blitzen collided approaching the first turn severely checking Dynamo's Girl and Bloss's Blitzen.  Silent Fletch and Busta Voe collided approaching the first turn.  Silent Fletch checked off Busta Voe on the first turn checking Asa Unbreakable.

Dynamo's Girl was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Straw Hat Luffy, Hez Got Nitro and Bush Courage were slow to begin.  Straw Hat Luffy and Bush Courage collided approaching the first turn.  Grand Slam Diva and Bush Courage collided approaching the home turn.  White Bandit and Straw Hat Luffy collided several times in the home straight.

We Are Geelong, Blistering Bob, Tiggerlong Ketut, Governor Bale and Benzo Bale were slow to begin.  We Are Geelong, Blistering Bob and Tiggerlong Katut collided approaching the first turn checking Governor Bale.  Blistering Bob checked off We Are Geelong on the home turn.

Texan, Cosmic Angel and Ketut's Kaput were slow to begin.  Dodgy Dealer, Dyna Malaise and Texan collided soon after the start.  Ketut's Kaput raced wide on the home turn.  Liam and Mr. Fox collided in the home straight.

Cut Loose Max was slow to begin.  Dublin Bull, Cousin Cosmo and Big Barking Bert collided soon after the start.  Dodgy Dede and Cousin Cosmo collided approaching the first turn.  Dublin Bull, Cousin Cosmo and Big Barking Bert collided on the first turn.  Cousin Cosmo and Big Barking Bert collided on the second turn.  Cousin Cosmo and Golden collided on the third turn.  Dodgy Dede and Six Green Thumbs collided on the home turn.

Jazaan's Boy, Lass Bale, All Over and Winfield Sammy were slow to begin.  Just Push On, All Over and Winfield Sammy collided on the first turn causing All Over to fall.  Just Push On checked off Winfield Sammy on the home turn.

Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Fisher (trainer) and Mr. G. Julian (handler) regarding Mr. Julian's difficulty in boxing the greyhound Schmoo.  Stewards directed that Schmoo be boxed first in future events.

All Over was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Pingu was slow to begin.  Pingu checked off Bally Diamond soon after the start.  Chief Brit and Jellybean Jess collided approaching the first turn.  Bally Diamond and Pingu collided on the first turn.  Chief Brit and Bally Diamond collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn.

A pre-race sample was taken from Wally Walter. 

Wally Walter checked off Maris Gold approaching the first turn checking Maris Gold, Who Told Red, Spokesman and Bradley Bale.  Wally Walter and Who Told Red collided on the home turn and again in the home straight checking Maris Gold.

Mr. O. McGovern, trainer of Jack's Jet redeclared a new weight of 32.4kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Jack's Jet last raced at 31.3kgs.

Eumeralla Donny, Crackerjack Hano and Ravager Bale were slow to begin.  Maximum Maddy checked off Fizzy Bale approaching the home turn checking Crackerjack Hano.  Crackerjack Hano checked off Maximum Maddy approaching the home turn.  Eumeralla Donny checked off Maximum Maddy approaching the home turn.
