Lisburn Star and Purple Pie were quick to begin.  Wandering Vicky and Gas To Go were slow to begin.  Wandering Vicky and Aston Agile collided soon after the start.  Lucky Andy was checked off Gas To Go approaching the first turn.  Wandering Vicky, Aston Agile and Gas To Go collided on the first turn checking Aston Agile and Lucky Andy and severely checking Gas To Go.  Purple Pie raced wide entering the home straight.

Magic Bit, Bird Has Flown and Cool Lois were quick to begin.  Raven Lord and Speed And Rocket were slow to begin.  Magic Bit and Bird Has Flown collided approaching the first turn checking Bird Has Flown.  Magic Bit, Marvey, Anberlin, Raven Lord and Speed And Rocket collided on the first turn checking Raven Lord and Anberlin.  Marvey was checked off Magic Bit approaching the home turn.  Speed And Rocket raced wide on the home turn.  Marvey and Raven Lord collided entering the home straight.

Walmac, Trainerama, Routine Advice and Aston Carbine were slow to begin.  Trainerama contacted the running rail approaching the first turn.  Walmac, Useful and Remember Train collided approaching the first turn checking Walmac, Useful, Aston Carbine and Routine Advice.  Routine Advice and Aston Carbine collied on the first turn checking Routine Advice.  Trainerama tailed off approaching the home turn.  Walmac and Remember Train collided approaching the home turn.  Useful and Remember Train collided entering the home straight.

Trainerama was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 5 it was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left wrist and left back muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Tango And Cash was a late scratching at 4.45pm due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer Mr. D. Reid was fined the sum of $100.

Majimber Rock and Mystic Dream were quick to begin.  Hit Star, Red Maxwell and Prince Django were slow to begin.  Hit Star and Red Maxwell collided approaching the first turn.  Red Maxwell and Precious Pink collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn.

Fixate was quick to begin.  Fixate crossed to the rail soon after the start.  Hardaway Drifter, Serious Darcy and Grave Digger collided soon after the start.  Diamond Python, Hot Blooded and Rozehill Lisa collided on the first turn checking Diamond Python and Hot Blooded and severely checking Rozehill Lisa.  Hardaway Drifter was checked off Grave Digger approaching the home turn.  Grave Digger was checked off Serious Darcy approaching the home turn.  Hardaway Drifter and Rozehill Lisa collided several times between approaching the home turn and the home turn.  Diamond Python and Serious Darcy collided on the home turn. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Jennings regarding his difficulty in boxing Hot Blooded.  Stewards directed that Hot Blooded be boxed first in future events.

Steward's issued a warning to Mr. G. Jennings the trainer of Hot Blooded in that he attempted to attract the greyhound's attention after boxing the greyhound GAR 51 (10)(c).

Forheza and Gravitation were slow to begin.  Forheza, Proven Fantasy and Aston Dima collided on the first turn checking Forheza and severely checking Proven Fantasy and Zambora Power, both greyhounds stumbled and tailed off as a result. 

Zambora Power was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left monkey muscle and left and right hock, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Proven Fantasy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right elbow, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

You Ash Kim was a late scratching at 5.05pm on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to illness.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Do Si Do and Get Along Daisy were quick to begin.  Runnin'On Gas and Unsub Andy were slow to begin.  Sir Tex, Miss Kadia and Suedon Belle collided soon after the start checking Suedon Belle, Sir Tex and Runnin'On Gas.  Unsub Andy and Get Along Daisy collided approaching the first turn checking Get Along Daisy which lost ground severely checking Sir Tex as a result.  Runnin'On Gas and Unsub Andy collided on the first turn checking Runnin'On Gas.

Get Along Daisy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left monkey muscle and left and right pencil muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Maximus Glider and Don't Crumble collided soon after the start.  Rylee's Bandit and Don't Crumble collided approaching the first turn checking Rylee's Bandit.  Crawf's Bread was checked off Tekki China approaching the first turn.  Maximus Glider and Don't Crumble collided on the first turn checking Don't Crumble.  Bolt On was checked off Rusty Puzzle on the first turn checking Don't Crumble.  Rylee's Bandit and Maximus Glider collided entering the home straight.

Iona Blackflash, Max's Entity and Domestic Girl were slow to begin.  Max's Entity and So Like Sal collided soon after the start checking Max's Entity.  Aye Simple Myth and Veetee Destroyer collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Diligent Miss crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Aye Simple Myth, Diligent Miss, Domestic Girl, So Like Sal and Max's Entity.  Diligent Miss and Veetee Destroyer collided approaching the home turn checking Diligent Miss.

Awesome Grunt was quick to begin.  Key Largo Prince and Usain Burst collided soon after the start checking Key Largo Prince.  Mar Wah, Three Star Chef and Anna Ray Girl collided approaching the first turn checking Anna Ray Girl.  Daintree Warrior, Anna Ray Girl and Key Largo Prince collided approaching the first turn checking Anna Ray Girl.  Key Largo Prince and Daintree Warrior collided approaching the first turn.  Choclotto and Usain Burst collided approaching the first turn.  Three Star Chef and Mar Wah collided approaching the home turn checking Mar Wah.
