Lektra Vixen was slow to begin.  Dwayne's Shout and Aston Dawn collided soon after the start, checking Aston Dawn.  Quick Shanks and Salesman collided soon after the start.  Lektra Vixen checked off Dwayne's Shout approaching the first turn.  Zulu Retreat and Fizzy Sprite collided on the first turn.  Quick Shanks and Salesman collided on the first turn, checking Quick Shanks.  Salesman and Fizzy Sprite collided approaching the home turn.  Quick Shanks raced wide on the home turn, checking Aston Dawn.

The start of this race was reschedule to commence at 14:14 pm.

Stewards spoke to Mrs JTorr, trainer of the greyhound Billy Bart, regarding the extended period of time between the greyhound's races.  Billy Bart last started on the 25th February, 2015.  Mrs Torr stated that the greyhound was returning to race after suffering from a dislocated toe on the right front.

Iroquois Souljah, Chief Red Cloud and Billy Bart were slow to begin.  Lektra Burst checked off Smokester soon after the start, raced wide and collided with Zachie Dude.  Zachie Dude checked off Lektra Burst on the first turn.  Eaglehawk Beffa checked off Billy Bart on the first turn.  Iroquois Souljah galloped on the heels of Zachie Dude approaching the home turn.  Smokester and Billy Bart collided on the home turn.  Eaglehawk Beffa and Billy Bart collided entering the home straight, checking Eaglehawk Beffa and causing Billy Bart to contact the rail.  Billy Bart checked off Smokester in the home straight.

Billy Bart was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Little Bit More was slow to begin.  Fred Of Lidsdale checked off Nitro Addiction soon after the start, and collided with Missy's Return.  Little Bit More and Nitro Addiction collided on the first turn, checking Nitro Addiction.  Brother Moses and Rebel Commander collided on the first turn, and again appraoching the home turn.  Fred Of Lidsdale raced wide approaching the home turn, checking Nitro Addiction.  Brother Moses and Rebel Commander collided entering the home straight.  Brother Moses, Rebel Commander and Missy's Return collided in the home straight, checking Brother Moses.

Stewards spoke to Mr Pat Bouchier, trainer of the greyhound Brickley, regarding the extended period of time between the greyhound's races.  Brickley last started on the 14th June, 2014.  Mr Bouchier stated that the greyhound was returning to racing  after suffering a right hip injury.

Quirinus Quirrel, Brickley and Grand Socks collided soon after the start, checking Brickley.  Quirinus Quirrel, Grand Socks and Dura Mater collided approaching the first turn, checking Dura Mater and severely checking Grand Socks.  Dura Mater checked off Brickley on the first turn.  Hunting Coaruax, Quirinus Quirrel and Uno Frankie collided approaching the home turn, checking Uno Frankie.  Grand Socks raced wide approaching the home turn.  Galloping Gem and Uno Frankie raced wide on the home turn and in the straight.  Galloping Gem and Uno Frankie collided entering the home straight.  Quirinus Quirrel checked off Brickley in the home straight.  Galloping Gem and Uno Frankie collided approaching the winning post.

Grand Socks was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right shoulder, a five day stand down period was imposed.

Eye Smith and Sir Bekim were quick to begin.  Upset Boy and Karagiozis collided soon after the start.  Filius Flitwick and Karagiozis collided approaching the first turn.  Smart Maxwell, Eye Smith and Sir Bekim collided approaching the first turn, checking Smart Maxwell and Eye Smith.  Smart Maxwell and Eye Smith collided on the first turn, checking Eye Smith which collided with Karagiozis.  Eye Smith and Karagiozis collided approaching the home turn.

Bazzagrey raced wide soon after the start, checking Tekki Tyrant and Santa's Serena.  Get Me and Bazzagrey collided approaching the first turn.  Tommy El, Roo Dee and Santa's Serena collided on the first turn, checking Roo Dee and Santa's Serena.  Bazzagrey and Santa's Serena raced wide on the home turn.  Cruisen Billy and Santa's Serena collided entering the home straight, checking both greyhounds.

One Step Beyond, Atomic Beach and China Rose were slow to begin.  Atomic Beach and China Rose collided soon after the start.  Underbelly Angel, Sweet Diva and Inventor collided soon after the start, checking Sweet Diva. Underbelly Angel, Inventor, Atomic Beach and China Rose collided on the first turn, checking Underbelly Angel, Inventor, Atomic Beach and Sweet Diva.  Sweet Diva and Inventor collided approaching the home turn.  Underbelly Angel and Inventor collided on the home turn, checking both greyhounds.

Oakey Boy was very slow to begin (2L).  Promise Land, Arbour Bear and Convoy were slow to begin.  Bright Flame and My Girl Chloe collided soon after the start, checking My Girl Chloe.  Railway Ruth, Bright Flame and Thunderous Night collided on the first turn, checking Thunderous Night, Promise Land and  My Girl Chloe, and causing Arbour Bear to race wide.  Thunderous Night checked off Convoy approaching the home turn.  Convoy and Railway Ruth collided on the home turn.

Tredgar, Iceni Magic and Senor Tab were slow to begin.  Railway Conder checked off Omega Senor soon after the start.  Elite Circle and Railway Conder collided approaching the first turn, checking Snake Woman.  Senor Tab, Harvest Gold and Tredgar collided approaching the first turn, checking Harvest Gold, Elite Circle and Railway Conder, and severely checking Snake Woman.  Railway Conder checked off Elite Circle approaching the home turn.

Famous Seamus, Spring Premier and Hugh Made Who were quick to begin.  Sorrento Star, Wolf Spy and Court Gift collided soon after the start.  Sorrento Star crossed to the outside soon after the start.  Famous Seamous and Spring Premier collided approaching the first turn.  Spring Premier and Devil's Dance collided on the first turn, checking Devil's Dance and Valletta Knight, and severely checking Spring Premier which became unbalanced.  Court Gift checked off Valletta Knight on the home turn.  Sorrento Star raced wide throughout the event.

Spring Premier was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left thigh and lower neck, a five day stand down period was imposed.
