Corgi Outlaw and Corgi Justice were slow to begin.  Miranlou and Toby Toblerone collided soon after the start.  Young Hills checked off Chelsea Star soon after the start.  Toby Toblerone and Go Little Pebble collided at the 200m mark.  Miranlou checked off Rose To Fame at the 150m mark.

Big Will and Revelling were slow to begin.  Ribacola crossed to the rail soon after the start and collided with Explosive Flame, checking Explosive Flame as a result.  Ruby's Faith and Bobby Cash collided soon after the start.  Revelling and Ruby's Faith collided at the 300m mark and again at the 250m mark, checking Revelling and Bobby Cash.

Ruby's Faith was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

L Hellmuth, the trainer of Rowdy Rhonda redeclared a new weight of 29.6 kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Rowdy Rhonda last raced at 28.2 kgs. 

The start of this race was delayed by approximately 3 minutes due to Riverton races running behind schedule.

Ladies Kay, Hermoso, Unexcuseable and Shankill Mo were slow to begin.  Lisburn Gem was very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Amelia Christa crossed to the rail at the 300m mark and collided with Rowdy Ronda.  Rowdy Ronda and Amelia Christa collided several times from the 250m mark until the 200m mark, checking Rowdy Ronda and Unexcuseable.  Hermoso and Lisburn Gem collided at the 150m mark, checking Hermoso.

Queen Elma was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

The club veterinary surgeon examined Reality Girl and no illness was detected.  The greyhound was a late scratching at 11.02am due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer T Thomas was fined the sum of $100.00.

Barmaid was a late scratching at 11.38am on the advice of the club's veterinary surgeon due to an injured right wrist.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Kallara Gem checked off Betty Baker at the 300m mark.  Kept Under Wraps veered out and marred the running of Knocka's Choir between the 300m mark and the 250m mark.  Knocka's Choir and Better Baker collided at the 100m mark, checking Kallara Gem with Betty Baker falling as a result.  Knocka's Choir checked off Unquestionably approaching the winning post.

Kept Under Wraps was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained lower back soreness, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Magic Bunny was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Betty Baker was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A sample was taken from Kept Under Wraps - the winner of the event.

Stewards spoke to K Pitt, the handler of the greyhound Kept Under Wraps regarding the greyhounds racing manners between the 300m mark until the 250m mark.  Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Kept Under Wraps with marring.  K Pitt pleaded not guilty to the charge.  Kept Under Wraps was found guilty and suspended the greyhound for 3 months (all tracks) and directed that the greyhound perform a satisfactory trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(b), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Pop Wright was quick to begin.  Pretty Boy Grigg and Pop Wright collided soon after the start.  Yadi and Spokesman collided at the 300m mark.  Yadi, Spokesman and Kirabilli Ronan collided several times from the 300m mark until the 200m mark, checking Kirabilli Ronan.  Pretty Boy Grigg and Pop Wright collided at the 100m mark.  Yadi and See Him Next collided at the 100m mark.

Fanciful Indie and Simply Elite were slow to begin.  Midnight Myth, Macey Blue and Irish Asteria collided soon after the start.  Macey Blue and Irish Asteria collided at the 300m mark.  Simply Elite checked off Midnight Myth at the 250m mark, checking Fanciful Indie.  Macey Blue and Irish Asteria collided at the 200m mark.  Simply Elite checked off Macey Blue at the 100m mark.  Simply Elite crossed to the outside approaching the winning post.  India Pale raced wide throughtout the duration of the event.

Nickenmax was slow to begin.  Topper Harley and Aqua Lamont collided soon after the start, and again at the 300m mark.  Splash Of White and Noaki Lynx collided several times at the 100m mark.

Jonny Quick Step was slow to begin.  Allkel To Excel and Noonbarra Joe collided soon after the start.  Conspiracy and Ginlee's Prince collided soon after the start.  Jonny Quick Step, Hawka Tron, Noonbarra Joe and Ginlee's Prince collided at the 300m mark, checking Jonny Quick Step.  Jonny Quick Step and Noonbarra Joe collided at the 200m mark.  Jonny Quick Step checked off Noonbarra Joe at the 150m mark.

Secret Society was quick to begin.  Simply Cruzin and That's The Plan were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Simply Cruzin and That's The Plan collided approaching the 300m mark.  Pay Da Trail and Dozer Tron collided approaching the 300m mark.  Shameless Bandit and Secret Society collided at the 300m mark.  Shameless Bandit checked off Mumbles Murray at the 200m mark.  Simply Cruzin checked off That's The Plan at the 150m mark.  Dozer Tron and Secret Society collided approaching the winning post.

A post race sample was ordered to be taken from Shamless Bandit.  This sample was aborted after it was established the greyhound required stitches and veterinary treatment. 

Shamless Bandit was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained lascerations to the left hock, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to T Curtain regarding her difficulty in boxing the greyhound Shameless Bandit.  Stewards directed that Shameless Bandit be boxed first in future events.

Mad Bekim and Stagger Express were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Salut William and Promise Land collided soon after the start.  Huckleberry Blue and Bel Air Spice collided soon after the start.  Huckleberry Blue, Bel Air Spice and Mad Bekim collided at the 250m mark.  Assertive Seer, Marmish and Huckleberry Blue collided at the 250m mark.  Assertive Seer, Marmish and Huckleberry Blue collided at the 200m mark, checking Bel Air Spice.  Huckleberry Blue and Promise Land collided at the 50m mark.  Stagger Express and Assertive Seer collided approaching the winning post.
