Boot A Dream was severely checked on the first turn and subsequently fell, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left long head triceps injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Little Prince was severely checked on the first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left long head triceps and left and right hamstring inuries. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race urine sample was taken from Superior Monique – the winner of the event.
