A urine sample was taken from Panama Parade upon arrival at the course.
Lakeview Benny – New declared weight of 31.8kg, last raced at 30.2kg.
Catch Some Rays and Panama Parade were slow to begin.
Blue Chaser underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Ms Yvonne Andrews regarding overall performance in the event. Pursuant to GAR 122, the Stewards requested Ms Andrews to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Blue Chaser in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event
