Steward's Report
Selynya Blue – Late scratching at 9:58am due to non–arrival (GAR 86 and LR 39). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr. Mathew Tabb informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Stewards advised Mr. Tabb that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 72 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence. Supplementary Report – 28/6/24 - The 28 day stand down was removed on 28/6/24 after Stewards were provided with evidence that confirmed the vehicle breakdown.
Found A Spot was quick to begin. Con Cabang and Aston Heir were slow to begin.
Con Cabang (fell after the finish post), underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
