Steward's Report
Paw Louis and Flying Envy were slow to begin.
Cabao Kyanite led early and raced wide throughout, before fading into last place. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to be wheezing. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to kennel representative Mr. Jeff Galea regarding Cabao Kyanite's performance in this event, particularly in relation to how the greyhound tired over the distance. Mr. Galea was advised that should Cabao Kyanite race over a similar distance in future, its performance will be closely monitored.
