Steward's Report
Burn Along and Lightning Jedda were quick to begin. Zipping Hopkins was slow to begin.
Nimble Tommy raced wide in the home straight.
Verdi underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative Mr. Luke Thompson regarding Verdi's racing manners. After hearing submissions from Mr. Thompson, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, Stewards took no further action.
