Steward's Report
Invictus Harmony was quick to begin. Murray River and Wizard Of Oz were slow to begin.
Murray River (racing manners) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. Stewards spoke to Mr. Arron Rocke regarding the racing manners of Murray River in running. After hearing submissions from Mr Rocke, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, a warning was issued.
Wizard Of Oz (racing manners) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was re–examined following Race 2 - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr. Gerard O'keeffe regarding Wizard Of Oz performance and racing manners in running. After hearing submissions from Mr O'keeffe, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards deemed the performance of Wizard Of Oz unsatisfactory. Wizard Of Oz must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 129, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
