Paw Roxy was slow to begin.
Doctor Minty underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have left hind toe injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms Jennifer Gill regarding the racing manners of Doctor Minty approaching the winning post. After hearing submissions from Ms Gill, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
Paw Roxy underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have left long triceps injury. A period 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Shaun Coulson regarding the racing manners of Paw Roxy approaching the winning post. After hearing submissions from Mr. Coulson, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
