Steward's Report
Redeemer Willow was slow to begin.
Aerosmith (turned its head to the outside soon after the start and marred Lucky Lisa) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left back muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms Joanne Smith regarding Aerosmith’s racing manners soon after the start. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Aerosmith was charged with marring. Mr. Smith pleaded guilty to the charge. Aerosmith was found guilty and suspended for 28 days (1st offence) at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
