Just Like Audrey and Aston Spritz were quick to begin. Luxford was slow to begin.
Hobbs Goblin (lost ground approaching the winning post) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Graham Glass regarding the racing manners of Hobbs Goblin approaching the winning post. After hearing submissions from Mr Glass, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, Stewards took no further action.
