Steward's Report
Elite Dara was slow to begin.
Lindenow Boomer (turned head inwards and marred the running of Collina Law soon after the start) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Trainer Mrs M.Musselwhite regarding Lindenow Boomer’s racing manners soon after the start. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Lindenow Boomer was charged with marring. Mrs Musselwhite pleaded guilty to the charge. Lindenow Boomer was found guilty and suspended for 28 days (1st offence) at Sale and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
