Steward's Report
Dr. Matrix was quick to begin. Aldren Bale and Lothbrok Girl were slow to begin.
Aldren Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination. It was reported that the greyhound was found to have a left monkey muscle injury and spike wounds to the left hind and left front leg. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Representative - Mr. Mark Roberts regarding the racing manners of Aldren Bale on the home turn. After hearing submissions from Mr. Roberts, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
A post-race sample was taken from Call Me Artie - the winner of the event.
