Zaldini was slow out. Vittoria crossed to the rails approaching the first turn, checking Elite Lombo, Kirabilli Darcy, Kynan's Express, Zaldini and Our Mate Henry. Vittoria and Mozza collided on the first turn. Kynan's Express and Kirabilli Darcy collided on the first turn. Vittoria and Falay Allen collided on the home turn. Falay Allen and Zaldini collided in the home straight and approaching the winning post.
