Steward's Report
Harvey Rose was a late scratching at 6.30pm, due to non-arrival.
Thumbelina was checked soon after the start. Thumbelina contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost considerable ground as a result. Sonic Chief, Raging Saint, Farrason, Magic Prince and Sundaresan collided on the first turn, checking Raging Saint, Farrason and Sundaresan. Farrason galloped on the heels of Sonic Chief on the home turn, checking Farrason, Magic Prince and Sonic Chief.
Thumbelina was vetted following the event and was found to have soreness in the left shoulder and will stand down from racing for a period of 10 days.
