American Express was slow out, Winning Touch, American Express and Daniel's Ace collided soon after the start. Jillard checked off the heels of Mitchell's Pride approaching the first turn serverly checking Winning Touch and American Express. Akina Pearl and Rebel Wyzee collided on the first turn. Jillard checked off the heels of Akina Pearl entering the back straight. American Express raced wide on the home turn.
American Express was vetted injured left pencil muscle will stand down for 7 days.
