Steward's Report
Lisa's Rule, Proven Evasive and Santa Monica Bay were slow out. Lisa's Rule checked off Carry On Bond approaching the first turn. Nice And Norty checked off Camo's Sparkle on the first turn checking Nice And Norty and Santa Monica Bay. Santa Monica Bay checked off Proven Evasive entering the home straight. Lisa's Rule and Nice And Norty raced wide in the home straight. Zabel Bale cramped approaching the winning post.
Zabel Bale was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Collins, the trainer of the greyhound Zabel Bale. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a STAT before any future nomination will be accepted.
