Rocket Storm, Royal Encore and Glenavon Matt were slow out. Typhoon Blaze and Glenavon Erik collided soon after the start. Typhoon Blaze, Glenavon Erik, Royal Encore, Glenavon Matt and Rocket Storm collided on the first turn causing Royal Encore to fall. Trendy Oak and Glenavon Matt collided on the third turn checking Trendy Oak.
Royal Encore was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent with the greyhound.
