Steward's Report
Hello Haylee was slow out. Cruz Azul and Madeisha collided approaching the first turn. Brindle Rastas, Fold 'Em and Naughty Annie collided on the first turn checking Naughty Annie and Cruz Azul severely checking Fold 'Em and Cool Mitch. Cool Mitch faltered approaching the home turn and subsequently pulled up. Naughty Annie and Hello Haylee collided approaching the home turn and again entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.
Cool Mitch was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left thigh and a laceration to the front left paw, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Fold 'Em was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left hind leg. No stand down penalty was applied.
