Steward's Report
Lady Laganore and Tuvalu were slow out.
Madden Flyer, Miss Bridee Lee and He's Exciting collided soon after the start checking Miss Bridee Lee which stumbled as a resutl.
Every Breath checked off the heels of Smurf's Zoom approaching the first turn.
He's Exciting and Every Breath collided on the first turn checking Every Breath.
Miss Bridee Lee eased on the first turn and subsequently tailed off.
He's Exciting was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained split webbing to left hind leg. A 21 stand down period was imposed.
Miss Bridee Lee was vetted following the event - no apparent injury was found. A subsequent veterinary examination again found no apparent injury.
Acting under GAR 69(1)(b) stewards charged Miss Bridee Lee with failing to puruse the lure with due commitment and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Sale and directed that the greyhound perform a STAT, pursuant to GAR 69 (2)(a) before any future nominatioin will be accepted.
