Foxy Rex, Kuzko and Meadow's Lad collided on the home turn. Kuzko eased entering the home straight checking Meadow's Lad and Foxy Rex. Foxy Rex and Meadow's Lad collided approaching the winning post. Kuzko was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left hind, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 98 (1) (d), the stewards charged Kuzko with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury) and directed that the greyhound perform a STAT before any future nomination will be accepted.
