Steward's Report
Gelmec and We Are Wild were slow out. Maddison's Magic, Fair Intent and Ebony's Prize collided approaching the first turn checking Fair Intent. Gelmec was checked off the heels of Maddison's Magic on the first turn severely checking We Are Wild and checking Fair Intent. Maddison's Magic clipped the heels of Ebony's Prize on the first turn, Maddison's Magic lost ground as a result. Tigger Drum and Minina Chatinha collided approaching the home turn. Fair Intent was checked off the heels of Ebony's Prize on the home turn checking Gelmec. Minina Chatinha clipped the heels of Tigger Drum on the home turn and again approaching the winning post. Fair Intent and Maddison's Magic collided in the home straight.
Maddison's Magic was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent.
Steward's issued a warning to Mr. D. Smart the handler of Maddison's Magic regarding the greyhounds racing manner on the first turn.
