Confirmation of this finding will depend on the analysis of the reserve and control samples at another accredited laboratory. As Amphetamine is also a permanently banned prohibited substance acting in accordance with the Greyhounds Australasia Rule (GAR) 79A (3)(a) the greyhound shall be withdrawn from any event and pursuant to GAR 79A(3)(b), the greyhound shall be ineligible to be nominated for any further event until such time a sample taken from the greyhound does not breach GAR 79A.

16/11/2015	Charles Dobson	GAR 108 - Inquiry into incident whereby a greyhound on Mr Hamilton's property escaped its enclosure and attacked livestock in a neighbouring property. After considering all evidence Stewards charged Mr Dobson with a breach of GAR 108 in that he failed to ensure that greyhounds under his care and custody did not stray onto private property. 21/10/2015	Colin Dalton	Stewards opened and adjourned an inquiry regarding the finding by Racing Analytical Services Limited of the prohibited substances morphine and codeine in the greyhound As Sweet As after it competed at the Healesville Greyhound Racing Association on 20 September 2015. Confirmation of this finding will depend on the analysis of the reserve and control samples at another accredited laboratory. As morphine is also a permanently banned prohibited substance acting in accordance with the Greyhounds Australasia Rule (GAR) 79A (3)(a) the greyhound shall be withdrawn from any event and pursuant to GAR 79A(3)(b), the greyhound shall be ineligible to be nominated for any further event until such time a sample taken from the greyhound does not breach GAR 79A.
