One Knee Noni – Late scratching at 07:25am when Mr Jordan Formosa reported the greyhound to have a toe injury (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.
Stewards interviewed Mr Barry Toner in relation to the bona fides of the withdrawal of Luxford from this race and the comments were noted.
High End Cash was quick to begin. Sun In Cuba and Chavero were slow to begin.
