Heart Of Darts – Late scratching at 10.00am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to having diarrhoea. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stagger's Babe – New declared weight of 27.1kg, last raced at 25.8kg
Harbour Lights was quick to begin. Stagger's Babe and New Ability were slow to begin.
Stagger's Babe (severely checked on the first turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right gracillis injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
New Ability (severely checked and fell on the first turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right front toe fracture. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
