Steward's Report
Gary Peach was issued with a warning under GAR156(f) for negligence, after the greyhound Action Girl was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration and remediation with Club Officials.
Action Girl and Nineteen Crimes were quick to begin. Shima Stripe was slow to begin.
Nineteen Crimes faltered on the first turn and subsequently tailed off. Underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock injury. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race sample was taken from Action Girl – the winner of the event.
