Steward's Report
Misty Black and Voice Of Thunder were quick to begin. Cinderella Story, Chief Dribble and Dewana Imagine were slow to begin.
Cinderella Story visibly eased in the home straight and tailed off, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the left hind foot. No stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Corey Fulford regarding Cinderella Story’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Cinderella Story was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Fulford pleaded guilty to the charge. Cinderella Story must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
