Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was taken from Whistling.
Jet Fighter was quick to begin.
Jet Fighter (turned its head outwards and marred Immersive in the home straight) underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr Peter Dunlevey regarding Jet Fighter’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Jet Fighter was charged with marring. Mr Dunlevey pleaded guilty to the charge, Jet Fighter was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
