Stewards spoke to Kennel Representative Mrs J.Torr regarding Miss Rhubarbs’s racing manners soon after the start. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Miss Rhubarb was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mrs Torr pled guilty to the charge, Miss Rhubarb was found guilty and suspended for three months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial/s in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Pursuant to GAR 75(6) Kennel Attendant, Mrs J.Hooke did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.

Faint Perfume was quick to begin. 

Princess Vegas (faltered and pulled up approaching the home turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left metacarpal fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Call Me Molly (severly checked approaching the home turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the left fore toe. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Loony Luna (faltered and pulled up approaching the home turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right scapula fracture. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Our Boy Ziggy – Was ordered to wear an anti–aggression muzzle in all future events in accordance with GAR 131.

A post–race sample was taken from Mountainous –  the winner of the event. 

Confer was quick to begin. 

Big Bluey Rocks (turned its head outwards and marred the running of Confer approaching the home turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have split webbing. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Representative Ms P.Borserio regarding Big Bluey Rocks’s racing manners approaching the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Big Bluey Rocks was charged with marring. Ms Borserio pled guilty to the charge, Big Bluey Rocks was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

A post–race sample was taken from Reel It In –  the winner of the event. 

Royal Deed (lost ground soon after the start) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Arts Inferno – Late scratching at 2:14pm due to weight variation (GAR 101). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr J.Duncan was fined $100.

Eileen Jay was slow to begin.

Mcivor Jill was slow to begin. 

A post–race sample was taken from Rock Opera –  the winner of the event. 

College Boy was quick to begin. Magnificence was slow to begin. 

Magnificence (cramped in the home straight) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have cramped. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Acting in accordance with GAR 130, Magnificence was ordered to undertake a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 130, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mighty Missile (turned head outwards entering the home straight) underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Mr Giddings declined to have the greyhound revetted.

Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr M.Giddings regarding Mighty Missile’s racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Mighty Missile was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Giddings pled guilty to the charge, Mighty Missile was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

A post–race sample was taken from Mighty Missile –  unplaced in the event. 

Chase The Magic and Man Of Power were quick to begin. 

A pre–race sample was taken from Jezzali.

Bella Dreamtime was quick to begin.

All Inn Chester – Late scratching at 2:16pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to elevated temperature. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Indiy Korie – New declared weight of 30.0kg, last raced at 28.0kg.

Pyreness Alpha was quick to begin.
