Steward's Report
She's Naughty and My Shout Boys were quick to begin.
Vaila Bale (turned its head outwards and marred Aston Bruno entering the home straight) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Representative Mrs R.Gibbons regarding Vaila Bale’s racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Vaila Bale was charged with marring. Mrs Gibbons pleaded not guilty to the charge, Vaila Bale was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial/s in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
