Trainer, Mr Mario Briganti declined his option to have the greyhound re-vetted. Stewards spoke to Mr Briganti regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the third turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Manila Coghlan was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Brigant pled guilty to the charge, Manila Coghlan was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown and must perform a Satisfactory Trial/s in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
