Steward's Report
Blazer Edition was quick to begin.
Jesse's Shout underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left long head triceps muscle injury and a right tensor fascia latae muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr. K. Tirchett regarding Jesse's Shout's racing manners entering the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Jesse's Shout was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. K. Tirchett pled guilty to the charge, Jesse's Shout must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
A post-race sample was taken from Blazer Ediiton - winner of the event.
